Job Description

We are currently looking for a positive office admin member to assist with the daily running of a growing solar retail company based on the sunshine coast in Noosaville.

This position will be suited to someone which has just finished up at their education, is seeking a career in office admin and has a keen eye for detail.

With this position you will be required to perform the following tasks.

  • Filing and communicating with our accountant in head office.
  • Assisting the state manager with the daily running of the business and processing applications on line.
  • Stock ordering, invoicing and rebate claims
  • Leasing with customers and suppliers for deliveries
  • Back up support for our technical team for industry research
  • Keeping the office tidy and presentable

Hours and days per week are flexible and will be discussed on application.
